Dr. Kaiman is a Board Certified Podiatric Orthopedist certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine (ABPOPPM). He graduated with honors from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and then went on to do his residency training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and Affiliated Institutions. Emphasis in his postdoctoral training was in podiatric surgery and podiatric medicine. He attained Board Elligibility status thereafter. He published a research study on podiatric surgery during this time which appeared in the Journal of Foot Surgery. Dr. Kaiman has been in private practice since 1983 and, with time and experience, has changed his focus from surgery to more conservative approaches when dealing with disease. "Patient's rarely request or desire surgery and when I am confronted with a challenge to devise an alternative treatment plan, I am invigorated and motivated to do so. Ultimately I experience a great deal of satisfaction in the results I achcieve in this manor in which I practice podiatric medicine and orthopedics."
